VIEW THE 2024-25 ANNUAL REPORT
The 2024–25 fiscal year carried special meaning as the 12th Man Foundation celebrated its 75th anniversary. Since 1950, donors have contributed more than $1.5 billion to Texas A&M Athletics, and remarkably, nearly 90 percent of that support has been given in the past two decades. For 75 years, through changes in university leadership, coaching staffs, conference affiliations and even global pandemics, one constant has remained: the commitment of our donors. Your partnership has ensured that Texas A&M Athletics continues to have the resources to achieve and grow in any environment.
In February 2025, we marked the completion of the Centennial Campaign with the celebration of the Graham Athletic Complex. This milestone project brings together the Coolidge Football Performance Center, the Adam C. Sinn ’00 Academic & Wellness Center and renovations to the Bright-Slocum Center for Texas A&M Football. Collectively, these facilities provide student-athletes and coaches with the resources they need to thrive at a championship level.
Following Texas A&M Athletics’ finalization of plans for a new Baseball Player Development Center project in February 2025, the 12th Man Foundation quickly launched a campaign with a fundraising goal of $28.3 million. The initiative was fully funded within four months as donors showed extraordinary support for this new chapter of Aggie Baseball. Led by a transformational commitment from Kim and Eric Foss, the campaign ultimately raised more than $30.8 million. This rapid success reflects the dedication of our donors, whose willingness to respond to the priorities of Texas A&M Baseball made this significant project a reality.
As detailed in the Expanded Marketing & NIL Funding Support section of the Annual Report, the 12th Man Foundation was called upon throughout the 2024-25 fiscal year to meet the evolving NIL needs of Texas A&M Athletics. Thanks to the generosity of our donors and thoughtful stewardship of donor funds, we answered that call — generating $39.1 million in NIL support ahead of the House case settlement. These efforts have been instrumental in helping Texas A&M recruit and retain elite talent while positioning our programs for sustained success in this new era of revenue sharing.
We were honored to recognize Amy ’84 and Tim Leach ’82 as recipients of the 2024 E. King Gill Award. Their leadership and generosity have profoundly impacted Texas A&M Athletics through support of major capital projects including the redevelopment of Kyle Field, E.B. Cushing Stadium and the R.A. ‘Murray’ Fasken ’38 Indoor Track & Field. Beyond their influence on athletics, the Leaches’ philanthropy and service have enriched the broader Texas A&M University community. Their unwavering commitment to our institution embodies the enduring spirit of the 12th Man.
In August 2024, we launched Answering the Call, the 12th Man Foundation’s official podcast. Through interviews with student-athletes, coaches and staff, the podcast offers an inside look at Texas A&M Athletics and showcases how your support continues to shape generations of Aggies. I encourage you to listen on your preferred podcast platform and hear firsthand the impact of your generosity in action at Texas A&M.
Nearly two decades after its introduction, the Aggie Access Priority Point Program remains a cornerstone of the 12th Man Foundation, ensuring fairness and transparency in the allocation of donor benefits. The program reflects our enduring commitment to recognizing loyalty and philanthropy in support of Texas A&M Athletics — a principle that has guided the organization for almost 20 years.
Reflecting on the past year, every milestone and success shared in this report traces directly to your support and belief in our mission. This organization exists to represent you — our donors — as stewards of your investment in Texas A&M Athletics. Our commitment to service is measured not by meeting expectations, but by exceeding them, with every interaction reflecting the pride and excellence that define the Aggie community. Thank you for your continued trust and partnership as we work together to advance Texas A&M Athletics for years to come.
