On Aug. 30, the 12th Man Foundation Nominating Committee convened to select candidates for the 2025 Chair-Elect position and incoming Board of Trustees members, and on Sept. 6, the Board of Trustees met and moved to approve and adopt the2024 Seventh Amended & Restated Certificate of Formation.This revised Certificate of Formation modernizes language of the previous version (2007), and procedural details regarding membership have been refined. Additionally, the revisions clarify restrictions on certain activities inconsistent with non-profit corporations and define the amendment process.
Pursuant to the 12th Man Foundation's Bylaws, please review and confirm the nominees listed below and the Certificate of Formation by clicking the maroon button titled "Submit Proxy."

In accordance with the 12th Man Foundation's Bylaws, the Annual Meeting of the Membership will be held on Nov. 14, 2024, from 9 - 10 a.m. at the organization's offices inside Kyle Field.
