Please review the information below to ensure you have the best possible parking experience on gameday.
Reminder: All tickets and parking passes are now digital. Be sure to add them to your mobile wallet before arriving on gameday. Printed versions and screenshots will not be accepted for entry.

Lot E Details
To ensure a smooth entry into the lot, please add your parking pass to your mobile wallet before arriving on gameday. Have your mobile wallet open and the correct game’s pass ready to present to the parking attendant at the lot entrance.

  • Each Lot E pass allows one (1) entry into the lot and is valid starting at 7 a.m.
  • Olsen Boulevard between Corrington Drive and John Kimbrough Boulevard will close to all traffic four and a half (4.5) hours prior to kickoff.
  • There are four (4) entrances to Lot E on all sides of Reed Arena. Lot E pass holders may enter the lot off of the following streets:
  • The south side of Lot E can be accessed on Tom Chandler Drive.
  • The west side of Lot E can be accessed on Penberthy Boulevard.
  • The north side of Lot E can be accessed on John Kimbrough Boulevard.
  • The east side of Lot E can be accessed via Olsen Boulevard. Lot E permit holders will access Olsen Boulevard from George Bush Drive and travel north on Olsen Boulevard to the east entrance. Lot E permit holders will be given access to the northbound lanes of Olsen Boulevard between Tom Chandler Drive and Corrington Drive.
  • The following pregame road closures will begin four and a half (4.5) hours prior to kickoff, but no earlier than 7:30 a.m.
  • Olsen Boulevard (between John Kimbrough Boulevard and Corrington Drive)
  • Joe Routt Boulevard to Houston Street

Postgame
  • Olsen Boulevard will be one-way from Lot E to George Bush Drive. Traffic from George Bush Drive will not be permitted to turn onto Olsen Boulevard.
  • To exit Lot E, use one of the following routes:
  • Exit onto John Kimbrough Boulevard: Turn right onto John Kimbrough Boulevard then left onto Olsen Boulevard. From Olsen Boulevard, take Raymond Stotzer Parkway/University Drive or Villa Maria Road.
  • Exit onto Penberthy Boulevard:
  • To turn left onto Penberthy Boulevard and head south towards George Bush Drive, you may do so from the southern Lot E parking lot (100e). At George Bush Drive, take a right to head west to FM 2818. You may not turn left onto George Bush Drive (it will be closed to eastbound traffic). 
  • To turn right onto Penberthy Boulevard and head north towards John Kimbrough Boulevard, you may do so from the northern Lot E (100c) parking lot. Turn left onto John Kimbrough and right on Discovery Drive. You may turn left or right onto Raymond Stotzer Parkway.
  • NOTE: Transportation Services staff will monitor FM 2818 traffic and may adjust traffic path options at their discretion.
  • Exit onto Olsen Boulevard: Turn right onto Olsen Boulevard toward George Bush Drive. At George Bush Drive, take a right to head west to FM 2818. You may not turn left onto George Bush Drive (it will be closed to eastbound traffic).

Tailgating
  • If you are tailgating on campus during the 2025 football season, please take a few minutes to review the 2025 Tailgating Rules and Regulations. General rules, operating hours, frequently asked questions and more can be found by scrolling down the page.
  • Due to construction, tailgating will not be permitted on the grass along Penberthy Boulevard adjacent to Lot 100c and Lot 100e sections of Lot E for the majority of the season. Please click here to view a map of this area. As a reminder, tailgating is not permitted on sidewalks or within parking lots. 

Gameday Shuttles
Lot E is serviced by the Reed/Olsen route free gameday shuttle.

  • Shuttle service begins three (3) hours prior to kickoff.
  • Shuttle service ends one (1) hour after the game.
  • The shuttle will stop at multiple locations around Reed Arena and at Blue Bell Park.
  • The shuttle will drop off and pick up postgame on Joe Routt Boulevard at the north end of Kyle Field.
