Lot E-Reserved Information
Please review the information below to ensure you have the best possible parking experience on gameday.
Reminder: All tickets and parking passes are now digital. Be sure to add them to your mobile wallet before arriving on gameday. Printed versions and screenshots will not be accepted for entry.

Lot E-Reserved Details
To ensure a smooth entry into the lot, please add your parking pass to your mobile wallet before arriving on gameday. Have your mobile wallet open and the correct game’s pass ready to present to the parking attendant at the lot entrance.

Once your pass is scanned, you will receive a receipt with your designated space number. Please display this receipt on your dashboard for easy visibility once parked.

  • Four and a half (4.5) hours prior to kickoff, but no earlier than 7:30 a.m., Olsen Boulevard between Corrington Drive and John Kimbrough Boulevard will be closed to all traffic.
  • Only Lot E, Lot E-Reserved, Lot G-Reserved and Lot P parking pass holders will be given access to Olsen Boulevard between Tom Chandler Drive and Corrington Drive. To ensure an easy entry, please have your parking pass added to your mobile wallet and ready to present to parking attendants before entering the lot.
  • Lot E-Reserved pass holders will only have access to enter from Olsen Boulevard.
  • Each Lot E-Reserved pass allows one (1) entry into the lot and is valid starting at 7 a.m. on gameday.

Postgame
  • Olsen Boulevard will be one-way from Lot E-Reserved to George Bush Drive. Traffic from George Bush Drive will not be permitted to turn onto Olsen Boulevard.
  • Exit Lot E-Reserved on the east side of the parking lot on to Olsen Boulevard toward George Bush Drive. At George Bush Drive, you will be directed to take a right to head west toward FM 2818.
  • You may not turn left onto George Bush Drive. It will be closed to eastbound traffic.
  • NOTE: Transportation Services staff will monitor traffic and may adjust traffic path options at their discretion.

Tailgating
  • Lot E-Reserved parking pass holders will have access to the grass areas around Lot E-Reserved and Lot G-Reserved. You may be asked to show your Lot E-Reserved pass to begin set up in the area, which will be held exclusively for reserved parking pass holders only. Gameday Shuttles
Lot E, including Lot E-Reserved, is serviced by the Reed/Olsen route free gameday shuttle.

  • Shuttle service begins three (3) hours prior to kickoff.
  • Shuttle service ends one (1) hour after the game.
  • The shuttle will stop at multiple locations around Reed Arena and at Blue Bell Park.
  • The shuttle will drop off and pick up postgame on Joe Routt Boulevard at the north end of Kyle Field.
