Frequently Asked Questions
___
Who is eligible for donor ticket presales?
Donors with a current membership at the 12th Man level or higher are eligible for ticket presales for Texas A&M Athletics events, subject to the 12th Man Foundation Ticket Resale Policy. To access a presale online, donors will need to join by the designated deadline for the specific presale. Donor ticket access for special events hosted by Texas A&M Athletics varies by event and is not guaranteed.
How do I access donor presales or make postseason requests?
Does access to presales or postseason requests guarantee tickets?
No. Ticket inventory is limited, and access to a presale or postseason request does not guarantee ticket availability.
How can I get postseason tickets?
Donors and season ticket holders may have the opportunity to request tickets for postseason events, subject to availability. Requests must be submitted by the designated order deadline to be considered for priority point-based allocation. Tickets are allocated based on priority point ranking and availability. Submitting a request does not guarantee tickets.
Are postseason tickets available to donors for every sport?
No. Texas A&M’s ticket allotment varies by sport and event, and donor availability depends on the inventory remaining after team and other required allotments are fulfilled. In some cases, no postseason tickets may be available to donors.
How does priority point rank affect ticket access?
Priority point rank is used in the fulfillment and assignment of available postseason tickets and may also be used for high-demand presales.
