Why are we switching to digital-only ticket pull?

In fall 2024, Texas A&M University President Mark A. Welsh III announced that student ticket pull for Aggie Football home games will transition to an online system beginning in fall 2025. A task force of students and staff was formed to develop guidelines for the digital ticket pull process, and in March 2025, President Welsh shared the details with the university community.

When will the university begin digital-only ticket pull?

Starting in fall 2025, students will pull tickets digitally through a service provided by the 12th Man Foundation’s ticketing software provider.
DIGITAL TICKET PULL

When can I pull tickets?

Sports pass holders can begin pulling tickets up to 12 days prior to gameday for each home football game based on classification:
  • Seniors/Graduate Students: Monday (12 days before gameday)
  • Juniors: Tuesday (11 days before gameday)
  • Sophomores: Wednesday (10 days before gameday)
  • Freshmen: Thursday (9 days before gameday)
  • Non-sports pass holders: Tickets may be purchased (if available) starting the following business day after Freshman Day ends, up to and including gameday.
Please note: The ticket pull schedule is subject to change based on event schedules, holidays and university closures.

How is classification determined for ticket pull?

Classification is based on credit hours provided by the university:
  • Seniors (90+ hours) and Graduate Students
  • Juniors (60+ hours)
  • Sophomores (30+ hours)
  • Freshmen (Less than 30 hours)

How do I pull tickets online?

Detailed instructions on how to pull tickets will be shared this summer.

How do students at other campuses pull tickets?

All sports pass holders across campuses, as well as Distance Education and online students, will use the same online ticket pull process.

Can I still pick up my tickets in person?

Football ticket pull will be entirely online, and all tickets will be digital.

How do I pull tickets to sit with my friends?

During the online ticket pull process, you can create a seating group with up to 9 other students and guests (10 total).

How many people can pull tickets together?

The maximum number of students and guests that may stand together is 10.

Can students pull tickets for large groups?

Groups are limited to 10 people (students + guests). Tickets for groups of 11 or more may no longer be pulled together.

If my group includes students with different classifications, when can we pull tickets?

Group tickets will be allocated based on the lowest classification within the group, ensuring ticket access remains prioritized by seniority. For example, if your group includes 9 seniors and 1 junior, ticket allocations will be based on available locations for junior pull day. Additional details on the process to pull tickets with a group will be shared this summer once finalized.

Can I purchase a guest ticket?

Yes, students may purchase one guest ticket based on availability. Guest tickets can be secured in one of two ways:
  • Register for a sports pass that includes a football season guest ticket.
  • Purchase a single-game guest ticket during online ticket pull.
Please note: Guest tickets are limited and subject to availability.

Can I transfer my guest ticket to another person?

Guest tickets cannot be transferred. The guest ticket must be scanned from the student’s device, and the guest must enter the stadium with the student who originally purchased it.

When will I know my seat location?

Students will choose a deck preference during the online ticket pull process. Seat assignments will be known once tickets are delivered digitally 24-48 hours before gameday.

Please note: All seating locations are subject to availability. If your preferred deck is full, the next best available deck will be assigned based on the following order:
  • 1st/2nd Deck
  • 3rd Deck - East
  • 3rd Deck - South
  • 3rd Deck - North
  • Standing Room Only (SRO)

How are seats assigned?

Seats are allocated randomly by classification within the chosen deck.

What if I need accessible seating?

Students who need accessible seating can indicate any mobility concerns or required accommodations during the online ticket pull process.

Can I get a physical ticket?

All tickets will be digital.

Can I transfer my student ticket?

Yes, students may transfer their student ticket to another current student. However, guest tickets cannot be transferred. The guest ticket must be scanned from the student’s device, and the guest must enter the stadium with the student who originally purchased it.

Can I resell my ticket?

No. Resale of student tickets (home, road or postseason) and sports options for profit is prohibited. Students’ sports options are heavily subsidized by season ticket holders. Former Students and Aggie fans have long been committed to maintaining the quality and size of the student allotment. In return, Texas A&M students, the 12th Man, are expected to honor this commitment. These tickets, home and away, are for student use only. Students found to be in violation of this policy will be penalized. Penalties include the cancellation of sports options, cancellation of tickets already pulled and the loss of sports option privileges for the duration of their Texas A&M career.
SPORTS PASS

When can I register for a sports pass?

Sports passes will be available beginning April 1 through the HOWDY portal. Any student registered for the fall is eligible to register for a sports pass. Please note: Sports passes are not guaranteed for every student and may sell out at any point. Students are encouraged to register as soon as possible to secure a sports pass.

What if I no longer want the sports pass I selected?

You can change or cancel your sports pass through the HOWDY portal until August 14.

Can I transfer my sports pass to another student?

No, sports passes are non-transferable. However, after pulling your ticket, you may transfer it to another current student.

Do I need my sports card?

Physical sports cards are no longer required and will not be used for ticket pull. The experience is entirely digital.

How do I access other sporting events?
